TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read everything before ordering a commision!
I will decline your commission request if I don't feel comfortable or competent fulfilling your request.
You will be informed of any setbacks that may happen in the process.
A sketch will be sent for approval.
Please be as specific as possible and provide proper references, keep in mind that I'm not designing your character.
Commission will only start after full payment is received.
Personal use only, unless commercial rights are paid for.
It is prohibited to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies.

Payment
All payments are upfront with Paypal invoice, Yappy or Vgen. I don't accept any other form of payment. Commission will only start after full payment is received. If payment is still not made after 2 weeks, any commission requests will automatically be cancelled without notice.Rush Orders
For rush orders a extra fee of +80% is added to the base price.
Commercial Pricing
Headers, profile pictures, wallpapers, and other forms of usage for non monetary gains are considered personal use.Commercial use will include extra charges, please expect the cost to double (~200%) from the original price.1. Light commercial pricing (Content) will be 1.5 to 2x the price of personal commissions, it includes the right for clients to use the artwork for indirect promotional purpose such as: streaming overlays, panels, schedules, websites icon, stream avatars etc. Reproducing and selling the artwork from this tier is prohibited.2. Full commercial commissions (Merchandising) will be at least 2x the price of personal commissions. Pricing will depend on the complexity of the commission timing, and the scale of usage.
Revisions
I will send you Work in Progress (WIP) shots during the commission process. I will typically send a rough sketch of the drawing and ask you if the poses and expressions are correct before I proceed to finalize it. If you would like to make a change, please do so when I send the rough sketch, and there will not be any additional charges. Additional charges will only apply if a significant change is made outside of the sketching phase.WORKFLOW
Full Payment > Sketch > Revision > Lineart and/or Base colors > Revision > Final piece.SKETCH PHASE: You can ask me to make changes freely. Base color can be asked if needed.LINEART PHASE & FULL COLOR PHASE: Minor changes are accepted, no major ones. (If a major one its ask for, it will be an addition to the base price.)
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
I will finish a commission within a span of 2 weeks to 2 months after payment depending on the size of the order. (UNLESS the commission needs to have a exact deadline. In that case an arrangement can be made.) You'll be notified if there are unexpected circumstances that may delay the delivery of the piece.The final artwork will be sent to you through email. I will send a variety of different versions, such as with a watermark, transparent, with background, without background, depending in the commission type.
USE
All commissions are for personal use unless stated otherwise. Do not profit from my artwork without consent. You are allowed to upload your commission wherever you want, but please don't claim it as your own artwork. Please do NOT edit, trace, modify or alter the piece in any way. Headers, profile pictures, wallpapers, and other forms of usage for non monetary gains are allowed. You may NEVER use my art for crypto, NFTs or AI.PRIVACY
If you would like to keep your commission private then let me know, otherwise I will assume it's okay for me to display the commission on my social media or professional portfolio.CREDITS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, including:
Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work for portfolio purposes and any secondary creation rights.
Displaying the commissioned work in portfolios, websites, social media platforms, etc.
Commissions done for personal, are non-promotional use only, Clients and other parties may not:
Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
Use the artwork for commercial, direct or indirect profit-gaining purpose.
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, charms, etc.
Use the artwork for promotion of goods, services, or social media pages, which includes using the art for streaming assets, vtuber schedules etc.
Use the artwork for any sort of block-chain related technology, such as NFT or AI learning.
However, the clients may:
Repost the artwork online as long as proper credit is given.
Print the artwork for personal enjoyment/usage.
Refund Policy
If I have not started on your commission yet, then I will give you a full refund. If I have already completed it or I am halfway through then I will not allow a refund.
Declining your order
I have every right to decline your order. I will usually only do this if I feel overwhelmed by the amount of work or if the drawing is way beyond my skill level. Some characters won't translate well into my style. If you ask me to draw something and I have already clarified that I don't draw those things, then I will decline. Please don't take it personally.
